  • Direct between-session communication: Choose secure messaging or brief check-ins between sessions for stability, guidance, or processing — so you aren’t left alone while navigating intensities between appointments.
  • Flexible appointment times: Early morning, late evening, or otherwise — scheduled to adapt to demanding or unpredictable work and life rhythms.
